ZEMDIL - Diltiazem Tablet 30mg

Indications / Uses: 
Used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and chest pain (angina), either alone or with other medicines. Diltiazem works by relaxing blood vessels, lowering blood pressure, and improving blood flow to the heart. It may also help reduce the frequency and severity of angina attacks.

Dosage/Directions for use:

Adults (18 years and older): The recommended initial dose is 30 mg four times daily. The dosage may be gradually increased every 1–2 days, depending on the patient's clinical response and tolerability. The usual maintenance dose ranges from 180 mg to 360 mg daily, administered in 3 to 4 divided doses. The maximum recommended daily dose is 360 mg.

Administration: It is administered orally and may be taken with or without food. It should be taken consistently, either always with food or always without food, according to the specific product instructions.
