4FEVER - Paracetamol Susp 125mg/60ml

Indications / Uses: 

is indicated for the temporary relief of fever and mild to moderate pain in infants and children. It is effective for reducing fever associated with infections or immunization and relieving headache, toothache, earache, sore throat, teething discomfort, and minor musculoskeletal pain.

Dosage/Directions for use:

Children (2 months to 12 years): The recommended dose is 10–15mg/kg per dose every 4 to 6 hours as needed. The dosage should be determined according to the child's body weight.

Infants below 2 months of age: Use is recommended only under the supervision of a healthcare professional.

The maximum daily dose is 75mg/kg/day or 5 doses within 24 hours, whichever is lower. Treatment should generally not exceed 3 days for fever or 5 days for pain unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.

Administration: Paracetamol Suspension is administered orally. Shake well before use and use an appropriate measuring device to ensure accurate dosing. It may be taken with or without food.

Contraindications: This product should not be used in individuals with known hypersensitivity to paracetamol or any ingredient of the formulation. It is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic impairment or severe liver disease.
