ZINCAP - Butamirate Syr 7.5mg/5ml 120ml

Indications / Uses:
It is indicated for the relief of dry, non-productive cough. It works as a cough suppressant by reducing the cough reflex, helping relieve persistent coughing that is not associated with excessive mucus production.

Dosage/Directions for use:

Adults and adolescents 12 years and older: Take 15 mL of ZINCAP Butamirate Syrup (7.5 mg/5 mL) 3 times daily.
Children 6–12 years: Take 10 mL 3 times daily.
Children 3–6 years: Take 5 mL 3 times daily.
Children below 3 years: Use only upon the advice and supervision of a healthcare professional.

Directions for Use: Shake the bottle well before each use, measure the syrup accurately using a measuring spoon or cup, and take it orally at the recommended intervals. Do not exceed the prescribed dose, and consult a healthcare professional if the cough persists or worsens.

Administration: ZINCAP Butamirate Syrup 7.5 mg/5 mL is administered orally. The syrup should be taken by mouth using an accurate measuring device. Shake the bottle well before use and take the recommended dose according to age and medical advice. It may be taken with or without food. 

Contraindications: It should not be used in individuals with a known hypersensitivity or allergy to butamirate citrate or any component of the formulation. It is also not recommended for children below the age specified on the product label and should be used with caution in individuals with conditions requiring medical evaluation.
